Naturally sweetened with dates
2
Packed with oats and healthy fats (we love a good source to fiber and fat)

Flavored with the coziest spice blend of the season

If your dates feel a bit dry, soak them in warm water for 10–15 minutes. This makes them extra soft and easy to blend.
2
Add them to a mixer with the oats, almond flour, spices, coconut oil, and salt.
3
Blend until smooth and sticky. If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of water.
4
Roll into bite-sized balls
5
Optional: coat in shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or both.

”These gingerbread date goodies are everything we want in a treat: chewy, cozy, rich in flavor and full of fiber."
Swap almond flour for oat flour or walnuts
Add a tablespoon of peanut or almond butter for a nuttier flavor
Dip half the ball in dark chocolate for a fancier finish
Adjust the spice blend to your liking
These little bites are ideal for holiday trays, coffee breaks, or sneaky late-night snacking straight from the fridge. And yes, you should probably double the batch.
